Welcome to the eDEXdeals™ Web site. By using the eDEXdeals Web site YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS OF USE (explained below), PRIVACY POLICY and all disclaimers and terms and conditions that appear elsewhere on the eDEXdeals Web site.

References to eDEXdeals herein refer to eDEXdeals, eDEXdeals.com, or their affiliates, subsidiaries and designees as deemed appropriate by eDEXdeals.

eDEXdeals reserves the right to make changes to the eDEXdeals Web site and its Terms of Use and Legal Notices at any time. Each time you use the eDEXdeals Web site, you should visit and review the current Terms of Use, Legal Notices and Privacy Policy that apply to your transactions and use of this site. If you are dissatisfied with the eDEXdeals Web site, its content or Terms of Use, you agree that your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the eDEXdeals Web site.

Tampering with the site, misrepresenting the identity of a user, using buying agents or conducting fraudulent activities on the site are prohibited.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

By using the eDEXdeals Web site, you expressly agree that use of the eDEXdeals Web site is at your own risk. The eDEXdeals Web site is provided on an "AS IS" and "as available" basis. Neither eDEXdeals nor its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries or designees nor each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, third-party content providers, designers, contractors, distributors, merchants, sponsors, licensors or the like (collectively, "Associates") warrant that use of the eDEXdeals Web site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Neither eDEXdeals nor its Associates warrant the accuracy, integrity or completeness of the content provided on the eDEXdeals Web site or the products or services offered for sale on the eDEXdeals Web site. Further, eDEXdeals makes no representation that content provided on the eDEXdeals Web site is applicable to, or appropriate for use in, locations outside of the United States. eDEXdeals and its Associates specifically disclaim all warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No oral advice or written information given by eDEXdeals or its Associates shall create a warranty. Under no circumstances shall eDEXdeals or its Associates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from your use of or inability to use the eDEXdeals Web site, including but not limited to reliance by you on any information obtained from the eDEXdeals Web site that results in mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion or corruption of files, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance. The foregoing Limitation of Liability shall apply in any action, whether in contract, tort or any other claim, even if an authorized representative of eDEXdeals has been advised of or should have knowledge of the possibility of such damages. User hereby acknowledges that this paragraph shall apply to all content, merchandise and services available through the eDEXdeals Web site. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Intended for Users Over 13

The eDEXdeals Web site is intended for use by individuals 13 years of age or older. The eDEXdeals Web site is not directed for use by children under the age of 13. Users under the age of 13 should get the assistance of a parent or guardian to use this site.

Product Display/Colors

The eDEXdeals Web site attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the picture that you see matches the product exactly, although pictures are chosen for display that are the same likeness as the product listing.

Errors on Our Site

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and eDEXdeals reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, eDEXdeals will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with eDEXdeals's Return Policy.

Sales Tax Policy

eDEXdeals collects and remits 8.25% sales tax as required by U.S. law for transactions shipped to California. eDEXdeals collects 6.75% sales tax as required by U.S. law for transactions shipped to Ohio.

Paying for Your Order

eDEXdeals reserves the right to cancel any order. We will accept returns for repair/replacement only against our 30 day warranty as stated above.

You may pay for your orders with Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover® Card, and PayPal®. The shipping address for the order must match the billing address of the credit card used for payment. Unverified shipping addresses will delay the processing of all orders.

Generally, credit and debit cards are not charged until we either ship the item(s) to you or confirm store availability (at which time you will be charged only for the goods we have actually shipped along with any appropriate taxes or shipping charges). However, we may pre-authorize your order amount with your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place the order, which may have an effect on your available credit line. Please contact your credit card issuer for more information.  Debit card alone is not acceptable payment method.  PayPal orders are charged at time you submit your order.

To register an alternate address for shipping purposes, simply call the customer service number on the back of your credit card and provide the alternate address. Be sure to mention that the address is for shipping purposes only. Registering alternate shipping addresses can help expedite the processing of future orders.  PayPal offers alternate shipping address option; ensure your alternate address is set up with PayPal prior to processing your order

California resale orders are accepted. Please contact customer service prior to order placement at 800-237-7911 option 6.

All international orders must be paid for using our wire transfer service. Please contact customer service at 800-237-7911 option 6 after you have created your user account so that the wire transfer option can be added to your account.

Using Promotional Codes

Unlike credit or debit cards, Promotional Codes or Coupon Codes are debited at the time an order is placed. Promotional Codes will automatically be redeemed to purchase totals, up to the total purchase amount. Promotional Codes must be used prior to their noted expiration date and within a single transaction. They cannot be replaced if it is lost, stolen, deleted, or if you cancel or return your purchase. In the event of a reduction in price below the coupon value, the excess value of the coupon will not be refunded.

Validating Your Order

After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order.

Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The eDEXdeals Web site reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

In the rare case an item is on a backorder, you will receive an e-mail with an estimated arrival time. You may cancel that item at any time prior to shipment or choose to wait for the item. Please note the backorder dates are estimated and may change due to volume of orders.  Credit Card Authorization is performed at the time of your order, meaning the funds are reserved on the Credit Card and will bill at the time of shipment.  There are no additional shipping charges on backorder shipments and are shipped at the prices in effect when the item was ordered. Please refer to the Shipping section below for more details.

Warranty and “As Is” Policy

UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE, items carry a limited thirty (30) day warranty on parts and labor offered by eDEXdeals. Items returned under warranty will be repaired or replaced to meet specifications listed on original sale. This warranty does not apply if the goods have been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, modification, or misapplication; by damage during shipment; or by improper service.

In some cases, items are sold AS-IS and there is no warranty and therefore no returns will be authorized for those products. Make sure you read the description of each item that you purchase. If item is listed “As Is”, then it should be considered to be use for parts or for your personal repair purposes only.

If a warranty product is found to be defective, or you receive the wrong product, you must notify eDEXdeals at customerservice@edexdeals.com. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. Items returned under warranty will be repaired or replaced to meet specifications listed on original sale.  This warranty does not apply if the goods have been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, modification, or misapplication; by damage during shipment; or by improper service. The foregoing warranty is exclusive to edexdeals, no other warranty, whether express, implied or statutory, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a general or particular purpose or design shall exist in connection with any of the goods supplied, and all such warranties are hereby expressly excluded. To process a warranty claim please contact customer service at 800-237-7911 option 6 for return instructions. Do not return to edexdeals without RMA authorization.

Some computer systems may contain new, refurbished, used or factory-renewed components. Used and refurbished items may have slight cosmetic imperfections. Refurbished monitors sold alone or with a computer system will occasionally have blemishes on the side or back of the case but not the display side. Monitors may also have slight screen burn but are otherwise guaranteed to be in good working condition. We are not responsible for compatibility issues. Please make sure that you are ordering the correct item for your needs.

Unless stated otherwise, item is sold with a limited 30 day warranty on parts and labor offered by edexdeals.  Items sold AS-IS are not covered under warranty and are not returnable.

Return Policy

All sales made through the eDEXdeals Web site are subject to eDEXdeals's return policy. All sales are final. We will accept returns for repair or replacement only against our 30 day warranty as stated above under Warranty Policy.

In rare cases, you may have the need to return an item to edexdeals.  Below, please find the policies and procedures that allow us to quickly and efficiently process your return.  Edexdeals will be unable to process credit for returns without prior authorization.

The general procedures below apply to returns based on the purchased item unless the product page lists different returns information. In these cases the returns information as listed on the product page would override edexdeals general return policy. For Example: if the product page specifically states "item sold as is", then all sales are final.

In order to return a product you must be granted a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To receive an RMA, submit your information to our Customer service at 800-237-7911 option 6.  It is important you include the detailed reason for return.  Once your return is authorized, edexdeals will contact you with RMA and return instructions.  It is important that you follow the instructions for returns or your return may not be processed. RMA numbers cannot be extended beyond your warranty period or reissued.   The RMA label must be attached to all packages being returned.

All returned items will be inspected and tested upon receipt.  In order to process your refund or replacement, the item will be inspected for the following:

  • All items must be returned in the original condition and packaging. Specifically: packing materials, diskettes, CDs, parts and accessories, promotional items, manuals, and all other documentation provided.
  • Products must be returned with all standard certification labels intact and legible (UPC code, barcode labels, etc).
  • Serial number on returned product must match serial number on record with edexdeals.
  • Packages affixed with counterfeit label(s) or affixed with labels exhibiting tampering will not be accepted for return.
  • DAMAGE: Cracked components or damage to any circuit boards will not be accepted for return.
  • DAMAGE: Loose, damaged or removed screws/fasteners will not be accepted for return.

After your item as been inspected, refund or replacement will be processed.  Please allow up to 15 days after receipt for refund or replacement.

Order Limitations

We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will generally attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you gave us when you placed the order.

Order Limitations/Limited Quantities

eDEXdeals may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. eDEXdeals also reserves the right to reject any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same eDEXdeals Web site account, the same credit card, and orders that use the same billing and or shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and or billing address provided at the time the order was made. eDEXdeals reserves the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers.

Shipping

All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to eDEXdeals's shipping policies. Orders are processed Monday thru Friday, 9am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time.

All orders ship via UPS ground, signature required and “Will Call” at our facility.  If you require other method of shipment please contact customer service at 800-237-7911 option 6 after you process your order.  Additional shipping charge may apply. If upon three delivery attempts, the carrier is unable to obtain an authorizing signature, the package will be sent back to edexdeals.  Packages delivered back to edexdeals for any reason cannot be re-shipped, restock fee of 25% applies and freight is not refunded.

Shipping charges

Shipping costs are dependent on your ship-to address. Freight quote available, see FAQ. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Shipping restrictions

We do not ship to PO boxes or APO AE addresses, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.    For International orders please contact customer service at 800-237-7911 option 6 prior to placing your order. Customer service representative will provide instructions on how to process your order; you are required to arrange your own freight carrier account.  Please note: some shipping restrictions apply therefore not all International orders are accepted.

Transit time/delivery

You will receive shipment confirmation email from oracle@dex.com  with UPS tracking information at the time UPS picks up your order (late evening).  If you have a spam filter please make sure this address is added to ensure you receive notification.  Standard ground shipment will deliver within 2-7 business days depending on your location.   Shipping waybill is also available on our edexdeals website under “your account” select order history and your order # UPS tracking located under “status”.

Will Call

Will-call pick up of orders is available upon request. You must contact customer service at 800-237-7911 option 6 before processing your order.    

Damaged During Shipment

Occasionally an item will be damaged during shipment. If you notice any damage to the box or item, note the damage in detail on the receipt and do not accept delivery of the package. It is important that you do not accept or sign for a damaged package. Contact edexdeals customer service immediately at 800-237-7911 option 6. We will send you a replacement item or credit your account upon receipt of the returned damaged item at our warehouse.

Termination of Use

eDEXdeals may, in its sole discretion, terminate your account or your use of the eDEXdeals Web site at anytime. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination. eDEXdeals reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspects of the eDEXdeals Web site at any time without prior notice.
